The 7-day free trial
- The yearly plan starts with 7 days of Pro for free.
- Cancel before the 7 days end and you pay nothing.
- If you don't cancel, Google Play charges £19.99 when the 7 free days end, and then every year until you cancel.
How to cancel
- Open the Play Store app.
- Tap your profile picture, then Payments and subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
- Tap SetSage, then Cancel subscription.
You can also tap Manage subscription on the Pro screen in SetSage. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
After you cancel, Pro stays on until the end of the period you've paid for. Then you're back on Free, and you keep all your data.
14-day refund for new Pro users
New to Pro? Ask within 14 days of your first Pro payment for a full refund. This covers monthly, yearly and Lifetime.
- On the yearly plan, your first payment is the one taken when the free week ends.
- Email hello@setsage.co.uk with your Google Play order number. It starts "GPA." and is in your Google Play receipt email.
- We refund through Google Play, and Pro ends.
This is in addition to your legal rights. If Pro doesn't work as described, you may be entitled to a repair, a replacement or money back at any time.
Lifetime
- One payment of £49.99. Not a subscription.
- Gives you Pro, including new Pro features, for as long as we offer SetSage Pro.
- Works on the Google account that bought it. It can't be moved to another account.
- SetSage AI gives you the Pro limit (50 requests a month), not unlimited use. Future Trainer plans are separate.
If we ever close SetSage Pro, we will:
- give you at least 12 months' notice;
- let you export all your data;
- refund part of your £49.99 if Pro closes within 3 years of your purchase.
The refund is £49.99 × (months left of the 3 years ÷ 36), rounded to the nearest penny. Any part month left counts as a whole month, so we round in your favour.

Price changes
If we change a subscription price, we will tell you at least 30 days before it applies. Google Play will ask for your agreement where its rules require. You can cancel before the new price starts. Lifetime prices never change after you've bought.
